“Comfortable stay in an elegant, historic house.”
Yokayo Ranch sits in an idyllic, convenient location. The houses are tastefully furnished, and their beauty is well-framed by the surroundings. Uninterrupted panoramas of Mendocino County hillsides and the Ukiah valley are enjoyed from almost every room on the ranch. Large fireplaces with ample room to gather and converse, comfortable dining space, stocked kitchen, and spacious bedrooms with soft beds made our stay with friends one to repeat. A walk through the January mist, a soak in the hot tub, and a cup of coffee by the fire were all part of a relaxing experience here.

“Beautiful location, Comfortable home - great for a large gathering!”
We had such a lovely time with our group of friends. The fireplace created a nice ambiance, the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the large spaces for cooking, eating and gathering allowed for 15-20 of us to enjoy ourselves without feeling crowded. Beautifully decorated and furnished in a classy, rustic manner. My favorite part was walking around the farm after breakfast. So close to town, yet so remote feeling!!

“Amazing and full of soul.”
We had my husband's 40th at the ranch and from the moment we drove up I was amazed. He loved it as did all of our guests. The kids range in age from 5 to teens and there was fun for all. Great property, soulful and fun living space and the lights at night were icing on the cake. Do not hesitate to book this fantastic property - you will be over the moon satisfied.

We just returned from an amazing long weekend at the Yokayo Ranch. Our party consisted of 14 adults & 14 kids (all under 8) and the property was a perfect fit for our group. We never felt crowded and there was more than enough space, fits 8 families comfortably. It's hard to find a rental that can meet so many needs and this ranch has it all: lots of bedroom/bathrooms, large pool, hot tub, fire pit, large grass area for outdoor games, large screen tv in bunk house property and common areas indoors for eating/hanging out together. The care takers were very helpful and accommodating and responded quickly when emailing about the property. In addition the A/C worked in all houses and there was fast internet. Our only regret was that we didn't book for longer, looking forward to coming back again!
